    I think of this as the seedling stage. Good for kids who are a bit reluctant to get physical, or very small, very young, or need the pace to be a little more slow in-order to absorb information.

    TUESDAY & THURSDAY: 4:00-4:45PM / 5:00-5:45PM / 6:00-6:45PM / 7:00-7:45PM

    SATURDAY: 10:15-11:00AM / 11:15-12:00PM

  • Main Body | Was $200 Now $100

    1 hour 45 minutes / pre-req: skill/maturity based (Sparring enabled)

    The main entree- Tomahawk steak! Great for students with prior experience, maturity, and can hold focus. With maturity and focus, even new students should be able to level up quickly. I always felt the standard 45m-1hr class times did a disservice to the young who can absorb information rapidly, so this class is the remedy to that problem.
