Routine is one of the first and most important skills students develop in jiu jitsu. Showing up prepared, on time, and ready to train lays the foundation for confidence, discipline, and learning. Here we simply call it being "Locked In".
The techniques and deeper understanding will come with time, consistency, and dedication. This investment is truly a journey and we all want the same thing- results. This will come at different times and in different forms. We ask that you please be patient with us and your kids as we guide them along.
Do not coach on the side - we need to allow coaches to do their job and give students the space to learn. This includes making mistakes and developing confidence in their own decision making abilities.
-
Please have long hair tightly tied up.
Nails (fingers and toes) must be cut short.
